Our Response to COVID-19

Giving you confidence to travel during COVID-19
The health and safety of our passengers and driver partners is our number one priority. We’ve listened to you and have implemented measures such as PPE for drivers and regular deep-cleaning of our cars. Please join us in helping to protect your safety, the health of your driver and the capital by following TfL’s advice for PHV operators and wear a face covering when travelling with us. As London gradually emerges from lockdown, we hope these safety steps will give you confidence.

Deep cleaning

Our fleet of vehicles are cleaned with disinfectant solution every day throughout the day in between each journey, as part of our enhanced cleaning programming. We also provide facilities for all of our cars to be deep cleaned up to three times a week. Unlike others, we are able to track and maintain the cleanliness of every car in our fleet after every single journey, as they only operate for our clients and trips booked with us.

PPE FOR OUR DRIVERS

We provide drivers with personal protective masks and gloves to ensure that you and they are protected. We have a team of mobile quality control experts who constantly monitoring every single vehicle and driver in our fleet.

Feedback

We take your feedback very seriously. We constantly monitor the ratings you give, allowing us to maintain an exceptional service across our fleet and react to any issues swiftly. Drivers are trained to maintain the highest standards of safety and cleanliness in our vehicles. Wear a face mask

From Monday 15th June 2020, Transport for London (TfL) has requested that all passengers in Private Hire Vehicles should wear face coverings. In line with this advice, we are asking that all passengers wear a face covering when they travel with us. Passengers with a respiratory condition that prevents them from wearing a face covering, children under 11 and people with disabilities are exempt. Please include a note at the point of booking if you fall into one of these criteria.
